Dear Loyal Patrons of the Artists' Charitable Fund Auction,

Following the lead of Sculpture in the Park, the Artists' Charitable Fund has decided to postpone our annual auction until 2021. Despite that, we will continue supporting artists! From January 2020- May 2020, the fund has assisted artists by paying over $25,000 in medical and dental bills, thanks to your continued support! If you have a monetary donation or a piece of artwork for next year, we will gladly accept it at our Loveland gallery & studio. (Message us if you'd like a mailing address.) Thank you and we hope you have a safe and happy summer!

Take a peek around Loveland parks and open spaces - chances are you will spot one of our public sculptures, including this one at Foote Lagoon by legendary - and local - sculptor George Lundeen Lundeen Sculptures. ⁣

"I believed it was a wicked, unjust measure.... I voted against this Indian bill, and my conscience yet tells me that I gave a good honest vote, and one that I believe will not make me ashamed in the day of judgement."
—David Crockett, A Narrative of the Life of David Crockett

In 1830, Davy Crockett was the only member of the Tennessee Delegation to vote against Andrew Jackson's Indian Removal Act. Crockett's vote was not popular in his own district, and he was defeated in the election of 1831.

The larger-than-life bronze sculpture of Davy Crockett by George Lundeen now stands outside the Alamo in Texas. This sculpture is also available in a smaller, maquette size.

I am interested in purchasing a smaller one of this bronze for my hubs, Joe, who is related to Davy Crockett.

It is the most amazing sculpture in the Alamo garden.
